Yes, guilty as charged. I just couldn’t help it. An iPhone rumour is just too good to pass. Though it has been officially denied by Apple, however, you can’t really trust this guys can you? This is their marketing strategy and getting news leaked like this will in a way disrupt the marketing gurus in Apple’s plan for well, world domination.
I’ve heard of the iPhone Nano about a couple of month back. Thanks to Jeev (see comments in LG KM900 Arena), we have some well, solid references to the iPhone Nano rumours. Haha, well just Google iPhone Nano and it’ll be all over the place.
This summer, there’re rumours that a new iPhone is coming out, and while iPhone Nano is on everybody’s mind, I just a knew about it a couple of weeks back that there might be a possibility for an iPhone Pro! Would you believe it? There are no concrete details on the specs though but it’ll introduce HSUPA connection and OLED displays. Not surprising as many shortcomings (unfortunately not all) are covered by the new OS 3.0.
The reason? We all know why. Everybody missed the QWERTY keyboard. Though efficient enough, but still annoying, the virtual keyboard in iPhone takes up too much space which left very little of the screen for actual text to be seen. With the new physical keyboard, it’ll make iPhone more powerful because of the full screen diplay and also support for iWorks and iChat which is a dream come through with processor upgrades. Well, we’ll just have to wait come June then to see if there’s any truth in this and whether or not most of our dreams will be fulfilled.
